Kiselkarbid i Stockholm AB (KISAB) will be attending the International Wide-Bandgap Power Electronics Applications Workshop (SCAPE 2024) in Stockholm, Sweden between the 14th and 15th of May, 2024.
KISAB’s CEO, Johan Ekman, has been invited as a speaker at the event and his presentation regarding “BPD free 4H-SiC 6″ & 8″ substrates grown by the FSGP-M process” will be held on Tuesday May 14, at 17.20.
